The company provided a quotation for spare parts with a specific delivery commitment. After we placed the purchase order and made full payment, the delivery was delayed. The company subsequently stated that it could not fulfill the order and promised a full refund. Despite these assurances, the refund has not been received.

We have retained documentation supporting the transaction, including the quotation, purchase order, invoice, proof of payment, communications, delivery commitments, and refund requests.

We are currently pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels in the United States and preparing a formal complaint.
